I am a Associate Professor of Psychology at the Australian Catholic University (Strathfield Campus).

My research focus is on intimate partner violence (IPV), examining its prevalence, associated risk factors, and health outcomes. I am particularly interested in understanding how adverse childhood experiences increase the risk of IPV perpetration and victimisation. Additionally, my research aims to improve the prevention and early detection of intimate partner violence, with a specific emphasis psychological abuse.
